The fundamental principles of the EAASI method are based on the TOYOTA PRODUCTION SYSTEMS whose basic goal was to improve the flow or smoothness of work, which resulted in higher efficiencies in ones overall production.
ADVANTAGES OF USING THE EAASI METHOD
1. All components are pre-wired and pre assembled in professional cases.
2. This creates Modular, pre-assembled components.
3. Reduces the setup time and the amount of assembly required at an actual event. This method also helps in reducing the risk of forgetting a certain component needed, because everything is already pre-assembled. This also lessens the load on the DJ. Instead of 1 big case, there are multiple smaller components that just need to be plugged into the power outlet and were ready to go.
